    • It mild fragrance is calming making it perfect for steaming therapy.
  • Usage:
    Brew lemongrass tea or prepare an steam infusion with its leaves for instant relief from colds cough and Congestion.

  • Benefits:

    • Acts expectorant clearing mucus from the respiratory tract.
    • Anti inflammatory effect reduce throat sweling and iritation.
    • Its warmth provide comfort during respiratory infection.
  • Usage:
