Wow!! Having read through your post I found that honey and Lemon can be used to treat Iron deficiency, I never knew it to be so. I think I'll need to do more research to see if thier individual constituents contain Vit B1, B2, B9, B12 or Iron itself. I know Lemon to contain Vit C and other antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Honey is a good source of potassium, calcium, Iron, magnesium and zinc but I didn't think of it as a routine source of iron mineral. This your post has opened me go for more learning now.
