Put 2 cups of water in a small pot then heat it to boiling. Put turmeric and rose petal into boiling water to extract their benefits. Heat these ingredients at low heat for 5 minutes to get their health benefits. Put in 2-3 whole cloves to warm for another 2-3 minutes after steeping for 5 minutes. Put the tea into your cup through a strainer then add honey to make it taste sweet. Serve warm.

La verdad es que en la naturaleza encontramos solución para algunas afecciones de nuestra salud.por ejemplo el clavo de olor es muy bueno para la salud menstrual ya que ayuda a controlar su ciclo así como también alivia el dolor.
