Garlic is a herb that is grown around the world. It is related to onion, leeks and chives. It is thought that garlic is a native of Siberia but spread to the other part of the world over 5000 years ago. Garlic is used for many conditions related to the heart and blood system.

     The combined effects of reducing cholesterol and blood pressure as well as the antixodant properties may reduce the risk of common brain disease like Alzheimer's disease and dementia ( 21,22 ). In summary garlic contains antixodants that protect  against cell damage and aging. 

   Garlic is parked with allicin which is an ingredient that increases blood flow and dilates blood vessels. Helping men to have strong and firm erection and help them perform better during sex, This has been scientifically proven. 

   Eating raw garlic is immensely beneficial to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar level . It is essential to remember that the sulphur containing allicin tends to loose it's medicinal properties when garlic is cooked.  It is imperative to consume garlic raw or semi-cooked to derive any of  it's benefits.
