Krugman, the master of inflating the money supply thinking that it'll solve the world's problems! (Don't read about the hole that NIRP has opened up in the BOJ's balance sheet - http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-09-01/¥9-trillion-hole-emerges-inside-bojs-balance-sheet-it’s-pretty-dangerous-situation) Won't he have egg on his face when the system he advised blows up? Yet, in a way, what "they" need to keep fiat afloat is a higher velocity of money running through the system and weather disasters do accomplish an aspect of that!
