Hypothetically, say the Seymour Hersh story is true.

Namely, that Biden engaged in a direct act of war against a nuclear powered rival that we were recently locked in a nearly fifty year cold war with that several times risked the literal end of the world. And against a current ally that we fought two world wars against, simultaneously. And... Indirectly against Europe as a whole. Unilaterally without Congress, while lying about the event to the nation and the world. Because that's exactly what it is, if we're the guilty party in the Nordstream explosion.

I think nearly every American from every political party would be in agreement that impeachment isn't nearly enough of a penalty for that crime, right? I don't think that's controversial. Legit bringing us to the brink of WW3 with a first strike, where we're the bad guys? Treason really doesn't seem like a strong enough word. We're talking about an act that's against the Constitution, against international law, and one that risks the end of humanity, without even being hyperbolic.

What's a just penalty if the Hersh story is proven true?
