I think it is more accurate to call this cultural capitalism than cultural Marxism. The top promoters of critical race theory & whiteness training seminars are not the government. It is international corporations like Shell, Facebook, Apple, etc. Countries that fell to Communism became much more social conservative than countries under this liberal capitalist system.
