Vintage Dairy Cottage Cheese Container ~ Price Sold $18

I remember going to our local dairy store and picking up milk in a glass container with a wax sealed lid. I can still remember the smell. They offered milk, cottage cheese, ice cream, eggs, bread, etc... It was a wonderful store.

Vintage dairy items are popular and collectable. This is an example of a local dairy cottage cheese container. Crafted of waxed cardboard and has beautiful graphics. Most dairy collectables are valuable to the location they came from. They make great country store items.

We were fortunate to buy an entire case of these, unused, with the lids.
