With the Head-to-Head league and Cup Winner announced a few days ago, the only remaining prize for this season's FPL contest is the Steemit Overall league. Before announcing the winners though, congratulations to @captain36 who won the Cup Final against the person who hadn't officially entered 🏆 And also to @chenty who wins the 20 STEEM delegation for winning Gameweek 38 with a score of 99 🏆
Having led for almost the entire season, @captain36 finished strongly and won with a comfortable lead of 77 points and an overall score of 2,565. This saw him finished with a global rank of 38,280 (out of 9,167,407 players) which is an impressive performance.

🥈 Having been in 2nd place all season, @the-gorilla's last ditch efforts to catch the champion fell short of the mark but an overall score of 2,488 to finish 124,200th overall is still respectable 🥈
With so many players in the league not having officially entered, it's been difficult to keep track of 3rd place this season and I'm going to have to be careful to identify the correct team!
🥉 Finishing 12th in the overall league and a fine score of 92 to finish things off, congratulations to @jmehta who wins the final delegation of 10 STEEM 🥉
More importantly though, @captain36, @the-gorilla and @jmehta enter the Hall of Fame (when I get around to updating it).

I remember when the season ended the last time I asked @the-gorilla what he was gonna do... what about now; there's no football or fpl now, right? Are there any other competitions coming, aside the UCL final??

What a contest we had this season..First of all thanks to @the-gorilla for organizing such an interesting FPL competition on this platform which gives us the opportunity to compete among ourselves and have some fan as well......I’m very happy to emerge as the winner after such a difficult campaign...congratulations to all other winners and better luck next to those who fell short along the way....
