Everyone in this community knows the beauty of doing a sport or many sports. It really cures our minds. The victories we gain truly can not be compared to anything else. After seeing his contest about the favourite sports memory, I was very happy to share my experiences with you all. I would like to thank @frafiomatale for organizing this contest and letting us share our valuable memories with everyone in this community and the steemit platform.
My best sports memory goes to my school days. When I was in grade 11, that means I was 17 years old, I participated in our school sports meet which is normally held once a year. I take part in so many sports including cricket. Yeah! My best memory is related to cricket. I loved cricket since I was a little kid. I played cricket with my friends and also with family members. I never went to cricket practice but I am good at softball cricket in my opinion.
Related to the memory that I’m talking about, we won all the matches we played and entered the final match. When I was batting something interesting happened. I happened to hit 4 sixes in a raw. That was the proudest sports moment of my life. Everyone was shouting loud to cheer me up. On that day I became a cricket star in my school. That’s the best memory related to my sports journey.
In recent days I wasn’t able to play cricket with my friends. But the kid in front of my house always asking me to play with him. I trained him really well and now he can hit the ball and even he can catch the ball. I am really happy by seeing his progress of him. I think he will be a very good cricket player.

Thank you for your partecipation and congratulations on your youth sporting career, I imagine that must have been a very strong emotion! I must confess that I am not very familiar with cricket and its rules, but sometimes I watch on YouTube some moments of the matches between the big national teams, I really like the involvement of the audience in the stadium!

I couldn't imagine playing cricket in flip-flops and without pads. Although I'm guessing soft-ball means that it's more like a tennis ball rather than a cricket ball?

Yeah. You are correct. It's a tennis ball. So, there's nothing to worry about. In here we normally play softball cricket.
