Fasting increases the efficiency of the brain. According to a study by an American scientist, fasting gives birth to new cells in our brain and increases the efficiency of this brain. Increasing the efficiency of the brain reduces stress a lot.
- Reduce cholesterol levels
One day a cardiologist's study found that fasting lowers blood cholesterol levels. Lowering the level of cholesterol in the blood reduces the risk of serious diseases such as heart attack, heart disease, stroke and many more. Thus, after Ramadan and if you eat less fatty foods, you can get relief from the clutches of terrible diseases.
- Reduce food luxury
During the month of Ramadan, if you do not eat for a long time, the stomach becomes constricted. As a result, the stomach gets full after eating a small amount of food. The month of Ramadan is the time to develop a proper diet. Those who want to reduce their food intake can change their eating habits from this month of Ramadan. Eating too much food is very dangerous. So we should eat the right amount of food. If we practice from the holy month of Ramadan, we can be successful.

In the holy month of Ramadan, one can stay free from drugs. There are many who smoke and get drunk. In fact, fasting during the month of Ramadan does not allow one to eat intoxicants. It can be free from drugs. And many have completely eliminated intoxication without intoxication, which can be learned from the holy month of Ramadan.

Fasting is the only way to lower blood pressure without medication. As a result of fasting throughout the day, blood glucose and fat particles are depleted and energy is produced. Fasting also reduces the metabolic rate. As a result, blood pressure decreases. As a result of lowering blood pressure, blood pressure also decreases. Fasting lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attack.
- Reduces fat
Fasting lowers glucose levels in the body. By lowering the level of glucose, a kind of chemical process starts in the body called ketosis. As a result, it reduces the fat of our body and increases the strength of the body.
- Prevents diabetes:
As a result of fasting, our body's diabetes is prevented. As a result of fasting, the level of glucose in a person's body starts to break down. Glycogen is produced in our body as a result of breaking down glucose. And it lowers the levels of sugar in our body, which in turn prevents diabetes.
- Removes toxins from the body
We eat different foods every day, many of these foods are made in a dirty environment. Harmful toxins accumulate in our body as a result of eating these foods. As a result of fasting and not eating these toxins, toxins cannot accumulate in our body.
- Rest of the digestive system
The organs in our body that work for digestion are the organs that get rest during the month of Ramadan As a result of not eating for a long time, the organs that have this digestive function are at rest.
