Lukaku sets new record as he outshines C. Ronaldo in terms of Serie A Goal Record

It isn't nice to entertain fears when told certain things no matter how impossible the subject appears. A positive mind always wins because things and circumstances would interact in positive fashion to give him a win. So why not remain positive amidst negative surroundings.

One would wonder why I am saying this...

Well, I woke up today to read the news of the Inter Milan striker, Romelu Lukaku, beating C. Ronaldo’s record in terms of number of goals in first 18 matches of Serie A appearance. As a matter of fact, while Ronaldo has scored 12 goals in his first 18 matches, Lukaku has 14 goals to his name within the same number of appearances. And that's a record breaker!

Why is this significant?

This fact is significant for one reason. Earlier after having completed his transfer to Inter Milan from Manchester United in the last summer, Romelu Lukaku was told by Ronaldo that Serie A is the toughest league to score! What a discouragement from a top striker!

Any other other person would have been intimidated and given up hope in the face of such a discouraging comment from unarguably one of the finest striker. But not Lukaku. He never allowed such a negative opinion to kill his zeal to score for his dear club. He remained focus and kept believing in himself and God.

Today, the fact isn't that he scores with ease at every given opportunity, but he's gone on to shatter the goal record of the very man who discouraged him when he newly joined the Italian giant, Inter Milan. And that's historic and a huge lesson to others!

Thanks Lukaku for letting people know that it's wrong to believe a mere mortal!

Lukaku is a great player who needs competition like ronaldo to grow in league

True

Some players are good just that leagues does not favour them or teams also. Lukaku surely is a great striker

That's a sensible comment. Thanks
