Life to the bee: The way bees build a healthy socialism

Considering all the inanimate creatures in nature, the life style of bees is much improved. Their life cycle includes fair socialism, monarchy, certain manners, accents, caste differences. Rebellion of tenant bees is also seen to take place in this monarchy. There is a completely different kind of medium for communicating with each other. But the most amazing thing is that the only fertile bee in the bee colony; A queen bee, it can control the clan of her successors. Before laying eggs, the queen bee controls which genus a full-grown bee will belong to. Indirectly, worker bees also have a role to play. Because, it is the responsibility of the worker bees to maintain a fair ratio among all the tribes.

There are definite species among bees. Some bees are queen bees by birth, some are drones and some are worker bees. They all have different deadlines; Allocation is 24 days for drones, 21 days for staff and 16 days for queen bee.

Like all insects, bees have four stages in their lifespan. After going through these four steps, a bee attains fullness. Eggs, larvae, pupae and full-grown bees.

The life cycle of a bee begins with its eggs. The eggs look like a small grain of rice. Only queen bees are able to lay eggs in a bee colony. The eggs grow over time and become full-grown bees.

The queen bee lays one egg in each nest of her hive, and the eggs grow inside this nest. There are more secrets here, all the working bees are responsible for preparing the nest suitable for holding eggs. If there is a drop of dirt in the nest, the queen bee will not lay eggs there. That is, the queen bee lays her eggs by choosing a nest of her own choosing.

The queen bee lays fertilized eggs in relatively small nests and unfertilized eggs in relatively large nests. The larvae will grow out of the fertilized eggs and become worker bees and the larvae will grow out of the fertilized eggs and become drones i.e. male bees To fertilize the eggs, the queen bee has sex with adult drones. Worker bees are feminine in terms of sex, but they are infertile in nature, unable to lay eggs.

At the time of making the hive, the worker bees determine the size of the hive. Since worker bees have many responsibilities, more worker bees are needed to handle those responsibilities properly. The staff maintains a certain ratio between the number of worker bees and the number of drones.

The larvae hatch within three days of laying. The larvae grow very fast, during which time their skin is shed a total of five times. As it grows so fast, the amount of food intake also increases.

A queen bee spends most of her life fertilizing eggs through drones and laying eggs in the hive. A queen bee capable of laying about 2,000 eggs daily. Before laying eggs, it decides which ones will be fertilized and which will be left untreated.

The larvae hatch at some point inside the small beehive. All the larvae of the three genera were fed royal jelly for three days after their emergence as larvae. The beehive is usually the food assigned to the hive for crews and drones, but in the larval stage the first three days everyone gets royal jelly and grows quickly. After these three days, feeding the larvae with royal jelly is stopped, the beekeepers then arrange the royal jelly for the larvae that will turn into queen bees.

Apparently, it may have seemed that the feeding of this royal jelly enabled a larva to emerge as the queen bee. Not only that, there are some chemicals in the jelly, due to which, all the orders of the queen bee are suppressed, the worker nature is suppressed, everyone is empowered to manage the bee by ordering. If the larvae are fed royal jelly even after three days of age, it must be assumed that it will one day make its debut as a queen.

At the end of the larval stage a bee enters the third stage of its life cycle; Pupa. In the pupa state, a rough shape of the bee is formed. But before setting foot in the pupa stage, all the beekeepers cover all the bee larvae's nests with a transparent layer of wax so that they cannot escape until they are fully grown.

Pupa stage eyes, wings, legs, body hair all begin to form. When the body structure, which begins in the pupa stage, reaches maturity, and the organs of a bee become well-formed, this full-grown bee breaks out the wax coating on its hive and comes out. As soon as the hive is empty, worker bees come to clean the hive.

The life style of a bee can be compared to that of a human monarchy. The revolt of the people also took place here as required. If more than one queen continues to grow a bee, the one that will be full first will kill the others in the hope of becoming a queen herself.

If the queen fears for her life, worker bees will protect her even if she loses her life. An example of this is that in winter, the queen is surrounded by a warm blanket so that she is not harmed. The queen bee is the reproductive organ of a bee, as it is the only fertile bee capable of laying eggs. Normally a queen bee can live up to seven years, but if the staff deems it necessary, they can kill the queen and appoint a new queen. If the queen bee is unable to lay eggs, or the egg-laying rate decreases, the staff decides to replace the queen, taking everything into consideration.

The lifespan of worker bees depends on their work. The work is determined by the time of year in which they were born. For example, if a worker is born at the beginning of winter, his responsibility will be to protect the queen from the cold weather. They are able to survive the winter for about five months. Summer bees have the shortest lifespan, they have to work in the hot sun, so the lifespan is about 6 weeks.

The function of drones in a hive is only one, just as the queen bee is a reproductive organ of bees, in the same way, the job of drones is to fertilize the queen's egg through sexual intercourse. This is the only thought that drones have in mind, how to have sex with the queen. If a drone has sex with a queen bee, its death is inevitable as soon as it is separated from the queen. Thus, without sex, a drone lives normally for 5-6 weeks.

There is very little bee keeping in our country, not much is seen. Beekeeping can be very beneficial for personal or business purposes. There are some risks, but the good ones are not less. The biggest benefit is in honey, honey is very beneficial for health, but the retail markets are occupied by fake honey due to unscrupulous traders. And in the hope of real honey, the habitat of a group of animals is taken away, this is also not acceptable, it is better to cultivate bees. The bees will also have a chance to survive, and we will also get the real honey we need.
