But when it comes to diet, it was so hard for me to get use to the process as I was a huge food lover (I still am) who used to have three meals like a king in spite of Lord Buddha's quote ''eat king in morning, baron in afternoon a beggar at night''. But the meal I am about to describe never let me down at nights as it is delicious and nutritious at the same time.
The ingredients, nutrients and the steps of making my 'boiled vegetable dish' are as follows.
*A loaf of bread [Carbohydrate]
*Potato [Vitamins and Minerals]
*Carrot [Vitamins and Minerals]
*Beans [Protein and Fiber]
*Cabbage [Vitamin]
*Tomatoes [Vitamins and Minerals]
*Lettuce [Vitamins and Minerals]
*Eggs [Vitamins and Iron]
*Sausages [Protein]
*Salt
*Pepper
*Butter [Vitamins]
1.Wash the vegetables.
2.Boil the vegetables.
3.Cut the vegetables in to pieces.
4.Add salt, pepper and butter according to your taste while heating the vegetables.
5.Fry eggs and sausages.
6.Toast the bread slices.
7.Now serve the meal with all the former cooked ingredients including some slices of onion, tomato and lettuce.
I also must say this. This meal can't be eaten everyday as the interest toward this can be decreased gradually. So I recommend to anyone who is about to try this to take this meal once in a week or two. And another thing. It would be greater if you can use boiled eggs instead of fried ones ae boiled ones are much healthier and chicken or fish instead of sausages as there is a huge controversy among the society about the unhealthiness of sausages. Spinach, Kale, Corn, Green Peas and Cauli flowers are another substitute vegetables which can be boiled and eaten.
Since this meal consisted of boiled vegetables is easier to digest, helps to lose weight, improve skin texture, prevent acidity, promote hair growth, prevent kidney stones, treat stomach inflammation and generates the feeling of well being , don't think twice to opt this.
Eating vegetables won't be that bleak if those are prepared like this. I couldn't think of a better phrase than '' (rich) beggar'' to this dish which is less in quantity and more in quality.
Haha, nice topic. Anyway this looks like a healthy diet, but it is better not to eat too many sausages because it consists of too much oil which will directly affect the LDL cholesterol

That's right we should reduce our consumption of sausages. Chicken is good, but chicken breasts are the best. Also, many of us are accustomed to eating rice at night, which is very bad for the body. So, we can use this meal instead of that.

Normally, many of us consume more oily foods, which will cause too many diseases while increasing our body fat. Hence I would like to suggest if you can reduce the consumption of sausages it will be good for you.

Such a healthy meal. I would like to suggest you to have whole grain bread instead of normal toasted bread and that include lot more nutritious than the normal bread.
It may be more costly than a normal bread but you shall try once.
