Night lights with GIMP

Hi Steemians!

I just tried editing some photos of mine though photography is not my cup of tea and editing is a tough nut to crack for me. Finally, i thought why not give it a try and let's see what comes next. The below are the results of going out of the box,

Created stars using GIMP 2.10 by adjusting the noise and adjusted the brightness contrast.

Same way, added the moon by selecting the brush tool, adjusted the size and on top of that added the hardness- cell effects.

Merge the previous stars/moons and the final look

Another one is below using the cartoon/softglow and oilify filters.

This is my original photo shot by Vivo y83 pro.

Well, the reason i choose this picture from my archives because i want to turn this day light photo into a night potrait.

I have no idea if i am near any where, Although i had a lot of fun tbh :D .
