I decided this is not a google kind of question by a LLM type. So, I decided to prompt Bing without doing any prompt engineering just to see how things go with "pickleball size vs tennis ball size". It gave a search result which I didn't really care for.
I proceeded to push it through to the chat.
The chat replied with good enough information but I simply just prompted next "in table format please". It came back nice formatted and when I prompted "transpose table please", it understood and gave me a new table.
Wonder if there was more information it could give but there was none. Then, I aske for the measurement to be in metric and the table came back with metric measurements.
Finally, asked for a roll a column to indicate which type of balls are heavier or bigger and the new table came out with two rows which I'm quite happy with.
Next, I tried the similar experiment with Bard which was sort of nice that it replied with a table for the first prompt without further need for another prompt.
It described a little more. It had one more measurement that Bing didn't have but it wasn't critical.
Then I also asked for metric measurements and the new table came back with what was expected.
It went on to describe the story before.
I asked it to add a row or column to indicate which type of balls is bigger or heavier.
It added a column but I think the result wasn't that intuitive.
It added some description but I think it wasn't well presented over all.
For this experiment, I have to say Bing Chat won.
