Went out with my wife for physiotherapy earlier this week. She was having knee pain and the doctor referred her for physiotherapy at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

I hope therapy works. One thing we are told about people in China in particular is that they walk backwards to strengthen their knees and this has become more popular in the United States. I warm up by walking on the tredmill backwards with it off so i have to force against it. Hopefully all the excercises work. The knee is very complex.
