Hello friends, how are you all? Hope everybody is healthy. I am also very good in your prayers. Nowadays people's public life has become very difficult. The prices of meat, fish, eggs and milk have increased so much that it is slowly becoming beyond the reach of people. I have seen many people writing on social media that they have stopped eating chicken meat. Long ago they used to eat chicken and its eggs, but now they have to stop. And the people of the country stopped eating hilsa fish long ago. Anyway, I always want to eat something good. Last Thursday when I was returning home from office, I saw a person sitting on the roadside selling hilsa fish and saying it was Padma hilsa. Anyway, hearing about Padma's hilsa, I couldn't handle the greed and bought a hilsa fish which weighed 550 grams and cost 425 Bdt/21 steem. Today I will show you his prepared method, I hope you will like it.

Recipe Preparation Ingredients:

  1. Hilsa fish
  2. potatoes
  3. Potl
  4. Raw chili onion
  5. Cinnamon Cardamom Cloves
  6. Salt
  7. Soybean oil.

To prepare the recipe, first I cut the data of potato, green pepper, onion and potl into small pieces. I did not understand that the price of potal before buying is equal to 90 Bdt/2.100 steem per kg. As a new vegetable, the price is a little high, but I did not understand the price. However, it is very fun to eat potal with hilsa fish.

After that, you can see that the fishes have been cut very nicely, cleaned and prepared for the preparation of the recipe.

Now I put enough oil on the stove, when the oil is hot enough, I started grinding the prepared onion batter, chili batter, Duniya powder, chili powder and turmeric powder.

Once the masala is grated, put the prepared potato and potal pieces inside it and grind it well with the masala again.

Once the vegetables and spices are finely chopped, add the prepared fish pieces to it.

After that, when the meat, vegetables and fish are grated, add enough water. Because now you have to burn it well at a slightly higher temperature so that the fish and vegetables will be cooked well and the spices will get into it.

After some time, when the broth dries up, take it out of the oven and put it in a separate container and serve it to you through beautiful photography. The national fish is Hilsa and the price of the month is also Hilsa. Although once our rice was called Bengali, now it is only a memory.
