Acting (Pj) Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, S.H., M.M acted as the Inspector of the ceremony (Irup) on the 53rd Anniversary of the Indonesian Civil Servant Corps (Korpri) in 2024.
With the theme "Korpri for Indonesia", the ceremony was held in the yard of the local Regency Government Headquarters, Friday morning (11/29/2024).
The activity held by the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) through the Bireuen Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM), was accompanied by the presentation of award certificates to two outstanding Korpri members.
In his direction, Acting Regent Jalaluddin read the message of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto. The theme of this anniversary, Korpri for Indonesia, is very appropriate to describe the role of KORPRI in the journey of this nation.
"Let us support government programs that are always oriented towards the welfare of the Indonesian people," said the President as read by the Acting Regent of Bireuen.
It was stated that with the issuance of Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus, Korpri will transform into the Indonesian ASN Civil Servant Corps, with the main goal of strengthening the spirit of the ASN corps as a unifier of the nation.
He hopes that Korpri will become the only organization that oversees ASN, so that there is no dualism in ASN development, and becomes a vehicle to accelerate the dissemination of information on government programs to the public.
The President also invited all Korpri Management Boards at the center and regions to reactivate all Korpri programs and activities in line with the great goals of this organization.
In addition, he also encouraged the acceleration of the issuance of Government Regulations on Korpri as an implementation of the ASN Law, in order to improve the welfare and legal protection for all ASN.
"Korpri is an integral part of the government and must continue to be strengthened. As a strategic component of the nation, Korpri plays a role as a glue and unifier of the nation," he said.
Therefore, I ask that Korpri continue to be accommodated in the service, so that ASN aspirations can be accommodated and channeled proportionally and professionally, to support government tasks.
"ASN must always uphold the principle of neutrality and remain loyal to the country, whoever the leader is," he said.
The President through Acting Regent Jalaluddin conveyed several messages to be used as guidelines for strengthening Korpri solidarity and cooperation, namely making Korpri a symbol of unity, collaboration, and national stability through cooperation with all components of the nation.
Encourage innovation and efficiency, prioritize fast, effective, and transparent services through digitalization and E-Government.
Then, strengthen integrity and discipline, demonstrate high integrity, discipline, and obey the law in every line of service. Ensure access to healthy food, help provide nutritious food for vulnerable groups.
Support energy security, transition to renewable energy, reduce imports, and increase efficiency. Furthermore, reduce poverty, collaborate on poverty alleviation programs with related ministries.
"And maintain neutrality and loyalty, ASN remains neutral in politics, loyal to the interests of the people and nation and state," concluded the Acting Regent of Bireuen.
On that occasion, the Acting Regent of Bireuen Jalaluddin, S.H., M.M accompanied by the Chairperson of Kotpri Bireuen Regency, Dr. Ir Ibrahim Ahmad, M.Si presented award certificates to two Korpri members.
The award was given to, Ajamunzalifah S.Ag, a member of Korpri at the UPTD SD Negeri 8 Jeumpa, 1st Place in the Female Juz 30 Competition at the 7th National Korpri MTQ in Palangkaraya 2024.
Furthermore, to Fauziah, S.E, a member of Korpri at the BKPSDM Bireuen Regency, a participant in the 7th National Korpri MTQ in Palangkaraya 2024.
