In time of my duties here is my daily routine, i need to wake up early at 3:30 a.m in the morning to go to work. My schedule is to pick up all employees that has assign for me. My first pick up is 5:00 am so I'm living home by 4:00 a.m. It's hard to do this every but since I need to have income then I have no choice but to grab this kind of works.
After finish on picking up in la different loclation I will emmidietly go to the company to drop them in proceed to pick up the second batch, they are divided into three groups. And also there is time that I must drop employees ten minutes or earlier before their time to inn. That is why I need to drive fast but in a safe way for the safety of all.
When I'm done transporting them I'm not done yet with my routine i need to washing the van. It is very important to clean this so that there is no reason to them to give a negative comments.
After done on cleaning it's time to take some photos to prove that I am cleaning my unit to maintain cleanliness. Our employee is very streck in maintenance and for the cleanliness, thpat is why. But for me is not need to monitor because in my self I know, in it a must to do my responsibility with or without monitoring to report. After taking photos it's time to send it via messenger on our group chat headed with our boss.
