Ginger has many benefits. Try it whenever you feel cold, sore throat, or feeling morning sickness and nausea.
Making a cup of Ginger Tea is a pretty good to get relief. Grate it in your tea for a stronger effect.

Ginger Tea Making method:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Grate half an inch of raw ginger.
  3. Pour grated ginger into boiling water.
  4. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add juice from a lemon, and add honey or agave nectar to taste.
