The Diary Game season 3, Better life ( 7 March 2021), The Busiest Day

Hello stemians...do you sea the picture above, the photo of a baby girl on a cake? She is my niece, my brother's daughter. Her name is Zahira Khalisa. My writing today is about her, exactly about an event to celebrate her birth, it's called PEUTRON ANEUK. In Aceh tradition, PEUTRON ANEUK will be done to welcome a new baby and to recognize the baby to the world by putting the baby's feet on the ground for the first time and also other rituals.
Let me tell you the process starting from the preparation. Because I was involved in every session for this ceremony.

Do you know guys, usually I start my day at the dawn. But today, I started my Sunday after midnight. I were not at home and didn't sleep last night. My family and I prepared some cuisines at my mom's house. We started to cook after midnight.

You can see on the picture, the cuisines are Aceh traditional food, they are curry, peucai, masak mirah and so on. The cuisines were prepared for the guest who come to our ceremony.
It was really a short night. The time passed fastly. Fortunately, we were helped by our neighbours to prepare everything.☺️ How nice neighbour they are...Alhamdullillah everything well done in the morning.

In the morning
After cooking and made sure if everything were ready, I went home to take a bath and also put on my cloth. Ofcourse, here I bathed my children too. After every one was ready, we went back again to my Mom's house to conduct the ceremony.

At 10.00 o'clock the ritual began. It was started with praying together. Then it was continued by the ritual. The first ritual was Peucicap, where the baby girl was given some fruits, honey, zam zam water, sugar and others. It was the first time for her to taste the food.

Then, the next ritual is Peusijuk or in Bahasa Indonesia is Tepung tawar. Here was the proses of Peusijuk

After Doa, Peusijuk and Peucicap, the next step was Peutron Tanoh, where the feet of the baby girl was put on the ground for the first time.
Unfortunately, for this session I forgot to take the picture. How pity I am...

Next, the baby was carried by her grandmother to greet all family and also all guest. It was done to introduce the baby for all guest. After all session, all guest was pleased to enjoy all cuisines. We ate together. Alhamdulillah, the ceremony was success today.

This is my cute niece, zahira khalisa. Hopefully she will get the best in her life, grow as the nice girl and success in the future.

And this one is the picture of my children and me at zahira's ceremony. They also enjoyed their day. Althoug today was the busiest and tiring day, I really enjoyed this day...☺️🥰
