Birthday Yema Cake
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a really fun dessert. Birthday Yema Cake is your typical yema cake but with sprinkles on top. Yema is a decadent ingredient used in most dessert, it resembles somehow like a caramel. The difference between these two is that caramel is made up of granulated sugar and water while yema is made up of condensed milk, egg yolks, and sugar which makes it more creamier and sweeter than your regular caramel.
