For me, Malaysia is a place full of kindness and familiarity.
Last year’s New Year’s Day in Kuching, I set foot on Malaysia for the first time and left a lot of good memories. I planned to go again this year when I came back from Kuching. I grabbed a discounted ticket to Kuala Lumpur, and I'm here for another season~
During the few days in Kuala Lumpur, the city attractions we went to were:
Petronas Twin Towers, National Mosque, Islamic Halal Museum, Merdeka Square, Petaling Street, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Alor Street.
The most worth visiting are Petaling Street and Arrow Street.
why?
There is something delicious!
Independence Square is actually a large green lawn. The tent next to it is similar to our "flea market", with various small accessories, clothes and shoes for sale.
The opposite is the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, which is not open to the public and can only be visited outside.
At the National Mosque, it was closed when they arrived, so they didn't go inside. Many people worshipped outside during the closed time. Walk forward for five minutes to the Islamic Halal Museum.
Petronas Twin Towers, that is! Passing by! Take a picture!
I went to a scenic spot that I regretted the most. I ran all the way and took a photo. There were still people everywhere. I took a taxi and waited for about forty minutes. I wanted to go back early and I was attracted by the singer’s voice. , But it happened to be cleared when I went back and closed.
It is recommended not to go, it is really a pure "check in" attraction.
The name of the clean bar is "geographer cafe". It is on the first floor of the yellow building. The business hours are 11 am-11 pm
To be honest, several attractions in Kuala Lumpur do not have any special features. They are relatively small and belong to “check in” attractions.
My favorite is the Islamic Halal Museum.
Although I don’t understand which period the cultural relics are, and there is no story content corresponding to the cultural relics, there is no commentary guide in the museum, but it is quiet. The various traditional cultural relics inside are beautiful, with architectural models, traditional jewelry, and clothes , There is a reproduction of the royal room layout.
There are two domes in the museum with delicate patterns, one pink and the other blue. The patterns are all beautiful. We bought refrigerator magnets with the same pattern on the ceiling at the souvenir shop on the first floor.
Petaling Street (China Street) is only three blocks away from the hotel. You can walk to Alor Street in about 15 minutes. There are many restaurants, snacks, fruit stalls, late-night barbecue stalls, and gift shops, but compared to Alor Street The sides are relatively small.
There are cut fruits on Petaling Street, but the taste is average.
Kuala Lumpur’s nightlife is very rich, and there are many street artists near the Bukit Bintang shopping mall.
