Yesterday, the ๐บ๐ธ unemployment rate was released. It's 3.9% which is higher than forecast. The rate seems uptrend. However, it's less than 4.5%.
4.5% unemployment rate is a turning point for monetary policies of the FED. The more unemployment rate increasing, the more burderns for tightening monetary policies.
If the unemployment rate is more than 4.0% next month, the time when the federal funds rate cut starts will be coming.
I hope to see the sequent interest rate pause next month ๐ Furthermote, I'm looking forward to seeing Santa ๐ rally ๐ next month.
