A beautiful example how cops treat us like little children they need to scold.

The thing about Marc is that he leaves out the most important part, stopping the hearing until the interlocutory appeal is settled.

If you go into court without a notice of appeal, the judge rules against you, and some few days later, 5 here, your appeal is out of time and will not be heard in the appellate court.

I almost blew that from not knowing.
I found it by reading the laws myself, but missed a technicality, the facts were in my favor but because I didn't know procedure the court of criminal appeals denied me,but rather than let me get another bite, the original court offered to let me sign the paper and walk out, no fines, no time, no felonies.

I took it and spent the summer at the lake rather than try to fight an appeal in a jail that won't give you paper or anything to write with.

Keep up the hard work.
At some point we get freedom.
