SLC S23W2 / Role playing games

As I mentioned above, we were playing in this role play as teacher vs student. I chose to be as a student, because I want someone to take my post and learn . Umaira performed as our mathematics teacher.
I wanted to be as student so the other students also learn from me. They enjoyed a lot when I sit with them. I even read my home work assigned by my class teacher. They laughed when I was reading it. They amused by my performance.

I enjoyed it myself too. Being a student I recalled my childhood when we were in a class like a student. Now time has changed a lot.

What characteristics differentiate your characters from your own personalities?

The characteristics from the role play is totally changed. She always busy in cooking, make diagrams,love to do crafting. I told her be a teacher in this role play. She agreed to play this role. She is not like a teacher because her character is like naughty nature. She always seek to tease other kids.

Mostly looking for dramas. You can say if she done drama character she will performed it very well. Her character suits as an actress. If chose teacher role because this is my profession.

I guided her who to manage the class. Maybe after this role play she will change her nature . And wants to be a good human in life. It's also true we can't change anyone nature. But adding good characteristics values in someone life is possible!

How did the child feel during the activity? Was he/she comfortable participating?

Children love these types of activities.They often get bored with studies.Everyone wanted to be the leader of the role-play. It's in our genes; everyone wants to be a leader.

I chose the teacher wisely so that she could control the class, stop any disturbances, and ensure everyone's participation.They all performed well and really enjoyed it too.

I asked each one of them about their experience.They told me they enjoyed it and also wanted to participate in the next role-play. I involved myself in this role-play so that they could learn and enjoy it too.
Yes the teacher was comfortable with her role as you can see in the video Portion.

We played two role-plays. In one Safiya was the doctor and in the other Umaira was the teacher. They really enjoyed it.

Share everything you did during the role play, your experience and how you felt?

At start, it was challenging for me to decide who would be the main character. We recorded two to three videos, and after reviewing them, I thought one video was perfect. I chose Umaira as the teacher and Safiya as the doctor.

Safiya is hardworking and intelligent, so I assigned her the role of a doctor. Umaira performed well as a teacher. When Umaira entered the class, everyone stood up to welcome her. They greeted each other with "Salam." She asked them to sit down and instructed everyone to take out their homework for her to check.

Gradually, she called each student to check their homework, assigned new tasks, and provided feedback. I also participated in the role-play. Through this experience, I learned that continuing such role-plays can significantly impact our children. They will become potentially strong enough to face any challenge.

These activities will help build decision-making abilities in their characters, enabling them to benefit society. As professionals, such as doctors, teachers, or heroes, they will play vital roles in other's lives.
