Children show more interest in learning when little play is involved, looking at my daughter who can count her numbers very well ,I decided to use this game to test her counting skills. Do you know what happened? Alright let's check it out.

Explain the creative process step by step, including illustrations. Don't forget to share the materials used and the final result.

Hopscotch

I choose this game because it very educational and simple, I have watched my children on many occasions doing it but I decided to join them. Trust me it was interesting .

This game is played by drawing numbers on the ground, the number are not written orderly,it is written in a way that the players needs to concentrate in order to identify the numbers.

The only thing needed in this game is stick to draw the line on the ground.

After drawing the lines then the numbers will be fixed in the box ,it can be from 1- 100 or even more mine was just from 1-10.

Describe the purpose of the educational game you created. What do you want to teach with the game?

I love children who are sharp and smart when it comes to numeracy, looking at my daughter I saw her as someone who is mathematically inclined, I chose this game for the following reasons.

  • Good mathematical skill. This game helps children alot, it makes number counting very simple and easy, they also recognizes numbers despite how unarranged it looks,

  • Team work. This game is good at organizing children to cooperate in order to achieve the goal.

  • Creative reasoning. This game helps the children to be calculative , hence everyone wouldn't want to skip any number.

  • Body coordination. Children learn to be coordinated, they knows when to stop, steady and jump.

In your own words explain how 1 point is played

This is played after drawing box like shape on the ground. Then players jump from one box to the other identifying the numbers correctly. The person that missed any number by jumping into another box is the loser.

Did the child like the game? Was he bored or entertained? Do you think this game contributed to the child's learning? Tell us about your experience and that of the child playing the educational game.

Very well, if everyone can watch the video you see how smart she was to catch me when I wanted to a smart her hahahaha. There was no dull moment with her during this game.it was her favorite educational game. She kept on counting even when I stopped. It is very impactful, she was smart enough to know I missed my number and that was the objective at the end of the game.

My experience was awesome,it was a moment I wished not be skip anything. It will help me body , because while jumping I was sweating which shows I was carrying out program.

My daughter was very happy for the time I gave her not withstanding my busy schedules.

Don't forget to upload photos or videos of the child playing the educational game.

I played this game a lot as a kid. We named this game Kutkut. In this game there are minimum two sides. During the game you play with the child and the child has a lot of fun and learns about numbers. I am very happy to see this game it reminds me of my childhood.
