The mind is a wonderful thing. Something that belongs to us but does not obey us. It is very difficult to obey and protect. Always stops somewhere. Only the mind can go anywhere in an instant. We just have to think. The mind just goes there. It takes very little time. That is the nature of the mind. And the mind changes from time to time because of the intentions that come to mind. Good thoughts come to mind as well as bad thoughts. Most its come with bad thoughts. If the mind is drawn to wrong intentions, it is very difficult to prevent the mind from those intentions.

Our mind stays close to what we desire. That's how the mind is. And the mind changes in an instant. We can't even imagine when that will change. The mind with this changing nature resides in our body. As our Supreme Buddha preached, this mind is the root of everything we say and do. The mind can do both good and bad things. But this mind is behind the bad things rather than the good things. We can stay away from the bad things we do based on the body. But it is difficult to avoid bad thoughts came to mind. It is very difficult to understand the nature of the mind. Except for the religiously intelligent, the average person cannot understand its true nature.

Thoughts such as anger, lust , jealousy can defile our minds. Thoughts of love, kindness, compassion, patience, and empathy cleanse our minds. It is not difficult to tame the mind if it can fill the mind with good thoughts as often as possible. We must be careful with the mind. Because if we do something bad based on a bad thought in our mind, it will come after us. Similarly, if we do something good with our mind, it will come us like our shadow.

When we see something, when we hear something and when we smell something, the signal about thats first comes to mind. Then thoughts arise based on that. After that we act according to the thoughts that arise. So this is how everything we say and do happens.

The End.
