Days ago I asked me this question. The truth, I am not an expert on the subject and I do not always control it (remember that I am also learning)

However, here are some of the things that have worked on me:
I connect with my emotion, the crumbles to understand why I am feeling that way (before I ignored the causes and I only had the feeling all day turning around)
I am looking for the positive side or learning that left me
I listen to a podcast or music that helps me raise your spirits
I do something for and for me
I have refuge in the people I love
Remember that only you have the power to change the perspective regarding the things that happen to you.
It has worked for me to feel without judging me and letting it flow.
