Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all, of course you are fine, today I will share a very important post with you, but read it sometimes, and you will like it.
You all know that now a significant month of our Muslim community has started which is the month of Ramadan and in this month of Ramadan the eating and drinking system changes a lot.
Do you know that we fast all day and have an Iftar at the end of the day if this Iftar is a little average, we all have to face many problems.
So I thought let's share some things about what foods should not be eaten and what foods should be eaten this Iftar.
Eating fast food on an empty stomach can have bad effects. But for some foods, this rule does not apply. We should all eat easily digestible food at Iftar. So that you stay healthy stay healthy.
Drinking cold water or syrup on an empty stomach is not good. It can cause fuel and acidity in your stomach. So it is better not to eat all these watery foods on an empty stomach.
Citrus fruits should not be eaten on an empty stomach. It can cause gas in your stomach. It is better to eat fruit without question at Iftar. Tea and coffee should not be consumed after a heavy meal at Iftar. It can increase the amount of acid in your stomach. It is better to have less tea and coffee at Iftar.
Consuming oily food on an empty stomach can cause stomach gas. Nutritious food should be eaten at Iftar. Therefore, only easily digestible food should be eaten on an empty stomach. For example, vegetables, syrups, dates, yogurt, and easily digestible foods. This way you can stay healthy.
Follow these steps to plan a healthy Iftar:
Primary Stuff: After Iftar, you should start your basic stuff. It helps to get a basic meal into your stomach and reduces your appetite for extra food. You can also eat sorbet, fresh fruit, or yogurt.
Nutritious Plan: You should beg about the most nutritious foods at Iftar. Vegetables, protein-rich foods, and natural fruits help provide your body with the necessary nutrients.
Healthy prepared foods: Basic salads, protein-rich foods, and over-processed foods should be avoided. Your appetite will be satisfied with this dish and you will be full after serving.
Adequate Water: Adequate water after Iftar helps to rehydrate the animal. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day or add it to other natural water.
Expired: It is important to follow an expired plan in Iftar. Be careful with excess oil and sugar inside the food can be stale and not entirely healthy.
By following these ways, you can plan a healthy and rich Iftar and be sure to take care of your health.
However, I have discussed the issue of eating something for Iftar in front of you, I have given some idea about which foods should be eaten and which foods should not be eaten.
