Subject: Letter of complaint about the use of loudspeakers by vendor trucks.

Dear Miss:

I am writing to you on behalf of the residents of my community, to express our complaint about the excessive and abusive use of loudspeakers by the sales trucks that circulate in our area.

For several months, we have suffered the annoyance and discomfort caused by the constant and strident noise of these vehicles, which do not respect the schedules or the rules of coexistence. The volume of the loudspeakers is so loud that it interferes with our daily activities, such as resting, studying, working, or communicating. In addition, noise generates noise pollution and negatively affects our health and well-being.

We have tried to dialogue with the truck drivers, but we have not obtained any satisfactory response. On the contrary, some of them have reacted aggressively and disdainfully to our requests.

We have done everything, but nothing has helped. The trucks continue on their route, indifferent to everyone's complaints and looks of contempt. They seemed to have a special license to bother, to invade the space and time of others. No one knew who had given them that permission, nor why no one did anything to stop them. The noise caused by these vendors is so deafening that it has caused strange things.

We recently noticed that the graves in the town cemetery are open and the bodies are missing. The graves are empty. This worries us because apart from the sonic pollution, there is someone who is stealing the body of the deceased and this can cause an unprecedented epidemic.

For this reason, we appeal to you, as the competent authority, to take the necessary measures to solve this problem or at least to send us crucifixes, garlic, shovels, and anything that can serve as a weapon or tool to defend us from what seems to be an invasion of outrageous zombies.

We ask you to regulate the use of loudspeakers in vending trucks, to establish volume and time limits, and to sanction violators. We also ask you to carry out an awareness campaign on respect for the right to silence and tranquility of citizens. In addition, the dead are returned to their graves.

We hope that you will address our complaint and provide us with a prompt response. We thank you for your attention and your willingness.
