Introduction

Hello my Crypto Gears…

We have reached the end of season 4. This season has been full of hard work, a lot of effort and a lot of learning.

I know it may sound cliché, but the truth is that throughout season 4 I have learned a lot from all of you. I know it has been wonderful for all of us and we will move forward with much more strength.

I have been able to notice throughout these 8 weeks the evolution of most of you and I am truly grateful to Steemit Crypro Academy for allowing me to be a part of everyone's growth.

During my 4 classes, my focus was to teach some basic and simple trading aspects which can be applied by anyone in their day-to-day trading. With this what I personally look for with my students is that everyone is able to build their own portfolio make it grow in such a way that is not too long time money can work for you.

The agenda for my class was as follows:

Week 1: Trading with Strong, Weak and Gap Levels.

That week we revisit a well-known concept, such as strong and weak support and resistance levels as we can use them in Trading operations.

To these concepts, we added something totally new: The Gaps, which are those blanks where the price makes a kind of jump due to sharp movements in the market. We also talked a bit about the types of gaps and their functions.

That week 97 people welcomed me as their Crypto Academy teacher.

Week 3: Trading with Contractile Diagonals.

Week number 3 was special, as I admit the assignment was not straightforward. Actually, the concept is simple, as it dealt with how to perform entry and exit trades with the use of Contractile Diagonals OR WEDGES, which are market structures where the price is compressed before making a highly explosive trend move.

As I said earlier, the steps are simple, but it requires a lot of patience, so despite some negative comments a total of 41 students met this challenge and managed to deliver wonderful work.

Week 5: Trading with Accumulation / Distribution (A/D) Indicator.

This class was my first class about a specific Indicator. It all came about because of a study I did about Volume and this Indicator came to the fore.

This is a very simple-to-use indicator that gives entry signals through divergences with respect to the price. Additionally, this indicator helps us to locate exactly what phase the market is in Accumulation or Distribution.

This week I surpassed my record of 116 entries.

Week 7: Polkadot ecosystem, the Ethereum's Contender.

Finally, I wanted to close with what I hope is the beginning of a new phase: the Polkadot ecosystem.

The reason I wanted to close with this topic is that I am extremely interested in having my students choose good blockchain projects to invest in, solid, large-scale projects.

Precisely one ecosystem that stands as a giant is Polkadot, with the use of its Parachains and all its associated projects.

I must say that I was surprised that only 82 people joined this class. Naturally, they were all very interesting posts.

With respect to the distribution of grades and the average grade for the course, the data are as follows.

As we can see the average grade point average was 7.04 points per class. However, an even more interesting fact that I am very proud of is that the most repeated grades in all courses were 8 (42 times) and 7.5 (43 times), which represent the majority of students who have been with me since week 1 of last season and who have placed their work in the "Good" category.

Finally, the average grades per week were as follows:

If during these 4 weeks, you stayed above those grades, I congratulate you, you are part of the best of the best.

TOP GEAR 3 “Season 4”

I have always liked to give a special touch to my publications, so I not only wanted to call this section as top 3, but to name it Top Gear 3... partly because of one of my favorite TV shows, and partly because I try to show in this part the best of the best in terms of each week's assignments.

I must say that one of the aspects in which I am most pleased is that there was a lot of diversity during the 4 classes. Only @nobby9b managed to place more than once in the top 3... from the rest, the competition was always close.

Final Observations

First of all, I must point out that the average level of publications has been much better than last season. I have been able to observe that the older participants are starting to produce impeccable work that demonstrates the knowledge acquired in past seasons.

Even so, I have noticed two phenomena that concern me a bit. Firstly, I have encountered several students who do not care about the overall level of their presentation and are limiting themselves to answering the minimum necessary to obtain the minimum score to qualify for a reward.

My recommendation to them is not to limit yourselves, always try to go beyond and be as excellent as possible. It is only through effort and study that we can move our lives forward.

Secondly, I have been pleased to see that the cases of plagiarism decreased a lot in my case, partly because I changed the way I ask the questions in the assignments. There are no longer many concepts or definitions in the assignments but rather questions on analysis, trading operations, chart drawing, etc.

However, one problem I have noticed is that some users are trying to cheat the system by deliberately misplacing the tags, then editing their posts outside the time limit, and then modifying the tags again.

Such practice is completely forbidden as it violates the rules of delivery of publications, and personally, I see it as an act of disloyalty.

Even so, I must congratulate the great majority who week after week respect the rules and deliver formidable works... my wish is to be able to continue even further and see their development as professionals in this fascinating subject. If time permits in the future we will explore portfolio development and new opportunities in the crypto world...

But that is another story.

Thank you all guys, for this wonderful season... your crypto Professor always, @allbert.
