Steemit Crypto Academy | Summary on Fixed Beginners’ Class | Season 3 Week 4

19th of July marked the end of the 4th week of the fixed Beginners’ classes. A collective effort by the beginner professors, @reminiscence01, @lenonmc21, @wahyunahrul and @awesononso, has seen that the week ended successfully.

This week, not a lot of students participated in the fixed courses. We can attribute this to the fact that a lot of students have already completed the tasks and there is no urgency from others to complete them because they don’t expire.

The distribution of the tasks is as follows;

• Task 1 had a total of 19 entries
• Task 2 had a total of 18 entries
• Task 3 had a total of 22 entries
• Task 4 had a total of 8 entries
• Task 5 had a total of 9 entries
• Task 6 had a total of 3 entries

Task 1

Task 1 was taken by Professor @sapwood. The students were guided on basic knowledge of the Steem and Tron Ecosystems.

• Most of the students answered the first question.
• The Students seem to understand the proof of brain concept properly.
• The mean is above average for this task.
• 15.8% of students scored Excellent grades with no perfect scores.

Task 2

Taken by professor @yousafharoonkhan, this task gave the students basic insight on Blockchain, Decentralization and Blockchain Explorers.

• There were more attempts on the second question for this task.
• Some students defined decentralization as a system and not a process.
• The mean in this task is well above the average.
• 38.9% of the students scored Excellent and there were 2 perfect scores.

Task 3

This class was taken by Professor @stream4u. It was a clear class as the students got basic knowledge on Cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Public Chains.

• This class seemed quite tasking for the students.

Overall Observations

• There is improvement in the arrangement of the tasks.

• A number of students still find it difficult to produce original content.

Overall Suggesstions

• Students should remember that these courses can only be attempted once. Multiple tasks cause data redundancy and will not be graded.

• Students should try as much as possible to learn rather than simply completing the tasks.
