Hello everyone, how are you all doing, welcome to the Contest week 1 of the crypto academy season, we have been asked to engage with other users to discuss individually our favourite blockchain.

The Blockchain I would refer to as my favorite blockchain is the Tron blockchain, which the reason I am picking this particular blockchain shall be discussed as I proceed with the write-up. I welcome you as well to participate and join me in the contest.HAPPY READING!!

Tell us about your favorite Blockchain network, its history, and why it's your favorite.

The Tron network is my favorite blockchain, TRON network is one of the largest the cryptocurrency blockchain, The network is one of the strongest as well with the highest number of dApps networks, the Tron blockchain was created to have a network that can easily be accessed without having to bother with loads of transaction fee, when Justin introduced Tron in 2017, he said he has created a blockchain for people usage where all daily activities can be embedded on and bring the true idea of decentralization, i,e without involving their d parties, the network is also one of the fastest, with the high transaction speed due to its high scalability, the network is known to be able to perform as much as 2000 transactions in seconds, and there has always been a large usage for the Tron blockchain on daily activities.

The Tron network was built for entertainment purposes and the compression of files in the usage of BitTorrent, the Blockchain was well-founded in 2017 with Justin Sun still being its active CEO to date, the Tron network has over 80 million users around the world, and as well as over $8 billion of TRX value locked as its TVL.

The TRON network makes use of TRX as its Native currency, the blockchain permits lots of decentralized web activities such as Staking, Farming, and as well Voting, the network has lots of Decentralized Applications, the network as well uses the Proof Of Stake Consensus for its security, which means to participate in winning block validity, users needed to stake the highest of the TRX value to win consensus.

Why it is my favorite

I have been an active user of Tron organization since 2020 which was 3 years ago, the network came with the blockchain of operating freely and no transaction fee, the idea of making transactions within the organization at a very low exchange fee makes the enticement comes with my usage of Tron network.

Several dApps: I have always been cautious when participating or engaging in any dApps, but as soon as I could witness that the dApps are built on the Tron network, I became interested in them because I believe, I would be able to work with them freely or at a very low charge, this is one of the reasons the network is my favorite.

Good Investment: Tron network gives users as little as 20TRX assets to participate in the nodes staking, and users can as well earn as little as 0.00005TRX when participating with a 10TRX stake, Tron is a nice investment I have been unto and I plan on to continue, the finance aspect of Tron is as well at a sweet rate, have always participated in assets locking and the returns are always encouraging at a great reward, this as well is what made me love the Tron network.

Does the network has some earliest shortcomings and how has the network's team taken care of the problem?

Yes, the Tron network has some early shortcomings as at the time of introduction, the network was not fully decentralized whereby the Tron network was governed by its host at then, the mainnet lunch of BitTorrent integrated with the Tron blockchain was what move the network to a new phase of achieving many users, the integration came as at 2018, and ever since then, the Tron network has been able to achieve miles by having the highest-circulating supply and as well topping most coin in assets value.

So yes, one could say the BitTorrent brought the activeness back to the Tron network when the network was lagging users. the integration of BitTorrent allows sharing of files, and also allows users to create content and allow others to obtain the file at a premium download speed, the platform as well permits the earning of tokens after downloading or sharing files across the platform.

What changes do you think would make the network better?

The Tron network has been amazing so far in decentralization and as well the network security has been uptight, the change that I would prefer is the issue of interoperability, the Tron network has been isolated from development such as NFT's and others, I would have preferred the changes where Tron can as well create an open environment for users to mint, and as well create some market place for the intuition of NFT's.

I would also have preferred if the Tron security can be uptight as well, Tron organization opens all arms to every user whereby there get to be some activities that are not legal on the platform, due to its lower security to dApps and as well the network is too easy to access, I would have preferred if the network can create some type of KYC before allowing users to engage in the investment phase of the network, by doing this, they can be able to filter some illegal activities going on around the network.

The last change I would have wanted is the Tron transaction speed, as I said earlier, the platform transacts in 2000perseconds, whereas other networks are not as large as Tron that perform transactions at a faster rate than Tron, there might be a future where the current scalability might not be enough which thus might eventually cause traffic or transaction delay, so its better if the platform can adjust a little bit in its transaction speed.

JustSwap is one of the top exchanges dApps built on the Tron network, the network works as an interface to the transaction between Tron organization, the dApps permits the transaction from one organization to others, provided they are built within the Tron blockchain, i.e TRC 20 tokens.

The Justswap was named after the Tron founder, the defi created to develop the Tron protocols, the platform as well operates on free energy, only that 0.3% is paid for a trading fee i,e when you swap between coins, this fee is paid to encourage the liquidity providers. Just swap tends to make an exchange at an instant price and delivery transaction at an instant as well at a low commission fee.

Here comes the conclusion on my favorite blockchain, I have discussed the Tron network as my favorite blockchain, and I have as well discussed the reason I had to choose the blockchain as my top list.

I have also discussed how the network was able to integrate with BitTorrent which thus brought more activeness to the Tron blockchain in 2018, thou the Tron was not fully decentralized as there was still power of control within the host, but as of 2021, the network is now fully governed through its community DAO, the TRON network is one of the blockchains out there with a little transaction fee and as well low commission fee on trading, the network has the largest dApps due to its flexibility, and as well there are several exchanges the Tron token (TRX) can be traded.
