I really want to appreciate prof @sapwood for the interesting lecture about the proof of the brain and what does curation really mean to us on the steemit platform, the topic has really help in expanding my knowledge about cryptocurency and the steemit platform and I hope to answer the questions being asked accurately.

what is POB
POB is actually an abbreviation which has it full meaning as proof of Brain. It is simply the ability of an individual to sit down and produce good and a quality post or content on the steemit platform which is plagiarized free and also get reward for the content produced.
In steemit, we are also rewarded by curator when we make quality post be it in cryptoacademy or in any community going through the achievement 3 on the platform which discourage user in copying and pasting without sourcing where it was taken is really discouraged by this we are advised to produce creative post because the platform is all about rewarding users who produced a plagiarized free and good content which will attract curators.
In POB, when the author who is the producer of good content is being rewarded by the curator, the curator has benefits in curating a quality post which is steem power while the author is rewarded with steempower, steem, SBD and tron which the both parties will be able to claim after a period of 7 days.
What are the benefits of building SP?
To me steem power is a token being used in the steemit platform that the curator and the author of the content received after a 7days period, it is very essential and makes users influential and by this alot of people will always love being your followers on the platform.
Once you have enough steem power you can as well also be delegating it to different communities to support them and also creating of community will be of ease to a user with enough steem power.

Users with enough steem power are free to participate in any form of competition or contest for example in the steemit cryptoacademy a user with more steem power is free to participate in beginner, intermediate and advance once the user has the required reputation unlike someone with less steem power who may not be able to.
Users with enough steem power can also upvote authors with good content.
How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?
Self voting has to do with the process
in which an individual upvote or curate his or her post(content).
It actually means you are the rewarder of the post you produce which is actually a bad behavior when it comes to the steemit platform. It is like judging yourself and you will always judge it right which is very bad.
Why?
It is actually a way of telling others that your post is perfect and when other curator see this may feel discourage to reward you. This is also discourage because I once read the rules given to country representative not to mismanage their steem power by upvoting their post.
Self voting is also like you setting exams for yourself and marking it at the same time inwhich you will always want to grade yourself high.
But POB, which is all about producing quality and plagiarized free post because once you are the one upvoting yourself you may not consider this because you will not want to report yourself to the appropriate authority so that you will not be penalized.
It will also discourage others from engaging in any contest organized by you or any community you are controlling because once rhe individual see that you are the one that always upvote your content the may feel that you will not upvotes theirs even if the should produce good and quality post.

What are the different tokens do you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain?
steem
This is a reward that an individual gain when he or she participate in contest or receive it from a friend.
It can also be used to build steem power when it is powered up.

steem powder
It is an influential token that gives you influence once you accumulate enough, it is actually a 25% of the total upvote you have in a particular post .
We power up steem but we power down steem power and this normally takes a duration of 1-4 weeks and the method of powering down is not approved in steemit cryptoacademy.

SBD
It is a reward a quality post when curated(upvoted) it is 25% of the total upvote, it is higher than steem and can also be transferred to anyone on the platform.

Tron
It is also earned when quality post is upvoted claimed after 7 days it also comes with a ratio of 1:1 that is one tron to one steem power.

From the lecture I really learn what POB is all about and how I can get curations from curator.
