#club75 [ Steemit Crypto Academy feedback.]

Hello everyone. It is great opportunity for me to participate in the courses of the steemit crypto academy. Every week, a number of the courses are share which are the great source of the information about the crypto trading. The lectures shared by the professors are very useful, informative and widen my knowledge about the crypto market. I have learnt much about the trading from the crypto academy. Each lecture and topic discussed every week by the professor widen my understanding related to the trading . On he base of my observation, understanding and experience in the crypto academy, i am going to give the feedback. All the points are based on my personal observation and not just my thinking and feelings.

The Steemit Crypto Academy is a place where knowledge about the crypto trading is shared. I have been joining the crypto academy since the Season THREE. It was great and outclass journey. I learned much things during working in the Steemit crypto academy. this knowledge has cleared my concepts about the trading and taught me how, when and what to trade.

The professors work very hard to teach the students trading related concepts. They explain the worthy topic in excellent way every week for the students. Some most amazing and important positive points about this academy are:

• The steemit crypto academy is the platform where the courses on the three different level are shared every week for the students. These are the beginner level, inter level and advance level. The courses which are shared in beginner level are the basic and the main concepts of the crypto trading. These are very suitable for the newbie. Then the inter and advance level courses are there to teach the student more advance concepts.

• The crypto academy is beneficial in both aspects. Here we can learn and earn parallelly. The students here learn on the different level from each lecture. They are assigned some questions to answer. The students solve those questions and on the base of the quality of their posts, they are graded and rewarded. The professors are also rewarded. The rewards and the earning attract the students to participate, and perform more well to earn high reward.

• The professors teach the topic according to the level and user capabilities. The topics are suitable for the students of that level. The topics are been choosed very wisely by the professor.

• The grading system is appreciable. The students do the homework and the professor grade their posts on the base of the quality and the requirements. The student get high grade are rewarded highly.

• Not just a single task, but multiple tasks are there in each level which give more chances and opportunities to the people to earn and learn more.

• There are some fixed courses which are share for the newbie. The new comers can learn some basic about the crypto trading from the fixed courses. These courses are explained very elegantly and in detail which are very easy for the newbie to absorb. These courses also help the user to reach the SP and RP require for the beginner level.

• The professors check the posts done by the users. They mark their work and also give a feedback. This feedback is really helpful for the students to polish their skill and to perform more well next time. This also help the user to get to know where they were wrong and where the correction is needed. This is really an amazing step and great effort by the professors.

I appreciate the effort and hard work of all the professors. They really working very good for the betterment of the community and to teach the students. The team effort are remarkable. But there are some points where the correction is required. I have observed some week points in my experience while working in the academy. You may disagree to any or all those points. These are base on my observation and experience and not my feelings.

• First of all, the strict rules set by the crypto academy are the big cause of low participation in the homework tasks in season 5. Because of the rigid rules, the participants had been decreased significantly. The #club5050, which is new rule introduced recently in previous season is big reason of the low participation. Many of the users were not able to participate in the assignment tasks because of #club5050. It is necessary for all to participate in #club5050, otherwise, there homework will be rejected.

• The Steem Power, Reputation Power and many other requirements stop the users to participate in the academy. The minimum steem power to join the academy is 150 which is not easy for the newbie to achieve. The 50 RP is require for the fix courses. 55 Rp is require for the Beginner courses, 60 for inter level and 65 for the advance level courses. It take much time to reach to the advance level. Many users are there who want to participate in the advance level but they cannot because of the RP and SP requirements.

• The students with high reputation have more knowledge about crypto. They are able to work in the beginner and inter level. They perform more well as compare to the newbiew and the inter and beginner level users. They get good mark which deprive the low and inter level students from their rights.

• Some professors demand o install some applications in the homework task which are not available in the certain region. The students are then not able to perform that task.

• The students are not answered to their complaints properly. Some professors do not bother to reply to the user's queries. The student remain confused and cannot do the homework task.

• Some professor demand to perform real trade in inter and even in beginner level. It is not easy for the student of these levels to perform real trade appropriately just by learning from the theory. The professor demand for the investments, students are not able to perform trading and thus they cannot participate in the homework task.

• The length of the assignments is sometime not balanced to their level. Even the professors of the beginner and inter level give so lengthy assignments that students are not able to complete them on time. Sometime, the students are not able to participate in other assignments because of length of some homework tasks.

• Sometime, the students supporting #club75 and #club100 are rewarded same as the student who are supporting #club5050. The students who support #club100 and #club75 should be appreciated more.

• I would create the flexibility in the rules. First of all, i would not make the rule #club5050 necessary. It would be optional. The student who would follow it will be rewarded extra. But student who will not follow the #club5050 will not be disqualified.

• The Reputation power require for the advance level would be reduce to 60.

• I would reduce the steem power require to enter into the academy or certain level of the academy.

• I would punish those who do the plagiarism. For that, I would appreciate and curate those who help to find out the plagiarist. The Plagiarist would be punish not to post in the crypto academy again for at least next two weeks for the first time. If he find doing plagiarism again, he will not be able to participate in whole season. For doing the plagiarism for third time, he will be muted from the academy.

• I would make it possible for newbie to participate in the academy more easily without worrying about their SP, RP #club5050 and other things. We should focus on the quality and creativity. These rules are reducing the people' interest toward the academy.

• I would also encourage those students whose post do not get meet the criteria and requirements and are disqualified by the professors. We should value for the times which the user spent on doing the homework.

• I would decrease the length of the course. This would be helpful for the students to research their work more and perform well.

• The #club5050, no doubt is very helpful and need of the time for the growth of the platform. I would encourage all the newbie to participate in #club5050. I would vote those users some extra for participating in #club5050, 75 or 100.

• I would try to give comparatively easy task in the beginner and inter level. The basic purpose is to teach the student to to put them in trouble and confusion. The toughness would be according to the level of the homework.

• The more task overload the students. They cannot do the proper research on each task which in result decrease the quality of the work. Instead of focusing on quantity, they should focus on quality. For this, i will reduce number of task allocated in every week. The less task will encourage and motivate the user to perform more effective and efficiently.

The student who get the mark less than 5 are not curated. But i have been observed that such student who work is disqualified because of not fulfilling the professor's standard or not following some rule like SP, RP, #club5050, get disappoint and lose their interest to work more in academy. They burnt their days and nights to do a task. Instead of disqualifying their post for not having the quality, They should be given some quantitative marks. They should also encourage for spending their nights to produce the homework tasks.

The Steem value is very versatile. The price keep fluctuating so the fixed reward are not suitable. The @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 should focus on this problem. They should also consider the price of the steem while rewarding.

what I enjoyed most, and what I have learnt from the Academy. What inspired me most.

I really enjoyed learning in the academy. All the lectures were very interesting. Sometime, there was tough time when the professor asked to install some application which was not available to me on play store because of the region problem or to invest some amount which i was not able to invest, but overall, i really enjoyed working in the academy. This academy gave me kick to joining the real trading world. I faced the lose initially but later, I became more focused and with more knowledge and learning every week, i am now a bit expert in trading.

I have learned some important coins, trading ups and down, the price action, the analysis of market, the indicators and many other things. These concepts made me more good in trading.

My knowledge about the crypto trading which i have learnt from the academy helped me so much to perform good in the crypto market. I have invested my money in multiple coins. All i know about the trading is because of the crypto academy. I have not learnt anything beside the academy.

My experience working in the crypto academy is just amazing. I am very thankful to all the professor and curators for encouraging us to perform more good every time with their feedbacks and votes. I am looking forward to so many other things to make my future in trading more bright and successful.
