- I really don't understand why it is like that anyway, I guess I must have mistakenly uploaded a wrong screenshot because I actually went through the process many times. I could have checked my archive to confirm what went wrong but I don't have all the screenshots again because I don't keep them for want of storage space.

- I really don't see how this suspicion on email verification affect the overall quality of my content since it was not plagerised. There could be an error somewhere but it doesn't invalidate the work.
In conclusion, I want to believe that your suspicion is the reason why you gave me 0/10 rating. I want to impore you to kindly re-grade my task because I put a lot of efforts into this homework task.
