Centralization is one where decision-making depends on a single person or a small group of assigned people, that is, everything is focused on those individuals, this is done with the purpose to centralize all the work of an organization or company. This in a company or organization is done to make decision making easier. There are two types of Centralization, an administrative one (this has to do with government powers). And another organizational (this has to do with companies or organizations in decision-making). Decentralization is the distribution of powers either a company, organization or the state. When the powers are divided it means that the responsibility for the decisions taken will fall between several and this happens when the companies are larger, especially those that are multifunctional. In this way, it is possible to keep track of its operation, since it is possible to know the needs of each department of the organization. The decentralization of the state is extremely important to be able to know the needs of each region.

There are several types of decentralization. Decentralization Vertical: Attributions are delegated to minor instances. Decentralization Horinzastal: Power is distributed in departments or instances of equal hierarchy. Territorial decentralization: Decisions are taken by a department or institution that compete with each other in the territory. Fiscal decentralization: Each one takes care of its own administration, its tax management and its own budgets.

Difference between decentralization and centralization: centralization leaves power in a few hands while decentralization divides power between several instances. In centralization, the divisions are unilateral, in decentralization each instance carries out its independent efforts. In centralization his hierarchy is vertical and in decentralization each instance takes his own decisions. In centralization, the central authorization is required to carry out actions while in decentralization there may be several levels of simultaneous actions. 5 Advantages of centralization 1.- For existing a single authority Communication is faster and faster because it depends on a single person. 2.- There are no duplications or activities or tasks. 3.- There is a strong solid base leadership. 4.- Who feature the full authority, should be a person very well prepared with excellent knowledge for the role he performs. 5.- Work policies and methods are better, because decision-making is general. 5 Disadvantages of Centralization 1.- The highest authority is usually overloaded with work for being the only decision-maker. 2.- The concerns and problems that other departments may have due to being a single boss for all are unknown. 3.- Lack of communication between the main boss and the lower-category employees because there is only one who handles everything. 4.- The lack of distribution of tasks in the other departments causes dissatisfaction in the employees due to lack of motivation. 5.- If the highest authority of the company is not found, all decisions cannot be made and therefore it is not possible to act quickly. 5 Advantages of decentralization 1.- Time is better used because the heads of departments are those who make decisions. 2.- You have greater control in Cuity to work issues. 3.- There is greater labor growth of higher employees. 4.- The answers in decision making is much faster and more efficient. 5.- Each entity or department manages its own responsibilities. 5. Disadvantages of decentralization 1.- Tasks can be duplicated but there is good communication. 2.- As the responsibilities are distributed in several, the objectives may not be reached. 3. - There may be lack of training, causing failure in the results. 4.- Decision takes often do not usually be in accordance for their distribution. 5.- There may be a loss of money and time, because several people work on a task that may be resolved by a single person.

between centralization and decentralization what is the best for a business or trade and why? For small businesses, the centralized system is better since it is not necessary to delegate many people, responsibilities and to do decisions that a single person can make. As for a trade, it will depend if it is mini or macro. If it is a multifunctional or large trade with many departments is better the decentralization system to delegate responsibilities in several people and thus know the needs of all departments and manage a better communication and better professional growth of employees. How to tell if a blockchain is decentralized or centralized? First we look for our currency on the website coinmarkwtcap.com, it will appear several in information but as I show in the image we click where it says hire right next to the code and copy. Then we go to etherscan.io to paste the code of the currency as shown in the image. After we click on the magnifying glass, it will display all the information about the currency. We can see that the stable currency and in the code box if we detail it, we will see all the information about it and there we will observe its characteristics and codes and will indicate if the currency is centralized or decentralized. In this case Dai is a decentralized currency, it is public. it is not controlled by a person or administrator. Until next week, thanks for the teacher teacher was excellent. @yousafharoonkhan
