Thank you for attending the lecture in Steemit-Crypto-Academy Season 5 & doing the homework Task-7

Under Factory, we can create pools and deploy gauges to them.

What are the specific criteria when you create a pool? What is the min and max fee that you can start with your pool? Mention the defined limits? Hint- 0.04% to 1%.

This cDAI can also be be staked in its liquidity pools on Curve Finance for additional income.

Also highlight the additional benefits of staking cDAI in the specific pool of Curve Finance.

That means if we were providing AAVE and BNB, they would have to of the same value.

They must have the same weight evenly balanced.

It is called impermanent loss because the losses are not realized until the assets are withdrawn from the liquidity pool.

Excellent.

An impermanent loss can be a downright decrease in the value of the assets or it could be the negative difference, in the case of a price increase, between the value of the assets compared to what they would have been worth if they were held in a wallet.

increases and decreases both, as a matter of fact, the impermanent loss i bidirectional as compared to the asset's value outside the liquidity pool.

The total value of this would now be $1,095.45. I was able to calculate this with this software.

Excellent.

This is great for a decentralized system. However, there is a confined input and output zone and wider slippage areas. This model is used by UniSwap.

Good observation.

It is a governance token that diminishes linearly as the lock periods draws nearer.

Yes, the voting power diminishes linearly as it gets closer to the expiry.

Observation/Suggestion/Feedback:-

  • Short, sweet and consize content and straight to the point, in line with the requirement of the Task.
  • The author has also produced a real transaction to explain how does the swap takes help of different integrated liquidity pool.
  • Everything is perfect, however, Q No 1 could have been much better with additional details of the specific features.

Thank you.
