These are the blockchains that run alongside the main blockchains and do further work and allow transactions and more that pave the way forward and in-chain and side-chains in assets. are converted into and they help in the transaction process and complete the further process more quickly.
Rollups
They handle the transaction together and protect the layer number one and it is their responsibility to protect it, which means that they provide the security completely and it takes the burden off the main chain. It reduces the burden on it and completely bundles the transaction system and it smooths the way forward.
How does layer 2 help reduce transaction fees on a blockchain and facilitate interoperability between different blockchains ?
As we know layer two helps us by taking some transactions further away from berth one and doing some work to reduce the transaction fees. It helps and as we know the fees can be quite high there. These AF networks create channels that move the surfers forward seamlessly and without logging in for the users.

Cabe destacar que las soluciones de Capa 2 llegaron para evolucionar la blockchain sobre todo de las más antiguas como BTC y ETH por problemas de escalabilidad, tarifas y velocidad.
Pienso que la operabilidad abre el camino para la interacción entre blockchains distintas como ya existe entre la Capa 1 y 2 que están integradas una dentro de la otra. Imagino que esto es crucial para la evolución de las blockchains, si es que ya comenzó con la Capa 3. La intercomunicación entre blockchains independentes creo que será lo que sigue.
