What is the general voting window in Steem Blockchain?
Posts or articles written on steem blockchain have chances to be rewarded within the 7 days otherwise the post or article expires. If a post is rewarded or upvoted within before 5 minute the curator experience linear discount (lose of certain percent of rewards)and the lost percent of rewards or upvotes go back to the reward pool.
If a curator vote after 12 th hours on the 6th day before a post expires the post the voting worth will be of lower value than it would initially value, because the worth of vote reduce from the 12th hours on the 6th day to the 7th day when it value becomes" 0 "( zero). Therefore the the general voting window in Steem Blockchain is "5 mins to 6 days 12 hrs " for a post or article.

I upvoted a 4 month old post in Campus Connect Community but it did not add monetary value to the post it did not show the normal green light seen when a post is upvoted, instead my voting mana was recharging.

What is the difference between 50% SBD/50% SP payout and 100% power up?
50% SBD/50% SP payout:
This is the process whereby author get 50% and curators get the remaining 50% of the total payout , 50% SBD will be shared to the author and curators (25% SBD to author, 25% SBD to curators) , and the remaining 50% will be paid in Steempower (25% Steempower to author, 25% Steempower to curators).
100% power up:
Here the 50 % of the reward given to author are given as steempower (no SBD is given to author).
Suppose your VP is 90%, if you upvote with 100% voting weight, what will be the VP after voting?
When i upvoted a post while I was having a Voting Power of 90%, my Voting Power will be reduced by 2%. That is, my remaining Voting Power will 89%.
