Season 4 of the Steemit Crypto Academy is now into its 8th week.
This week we have another full set of courses for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
All the courses are open to anyone meeting the minimum requirements for the relevant level.
The ten Introductory courses are available for anyone who has completed at least Level 4 of the Achievement Tasks in the Newcomers Community with the required Reputation and Steem Power.
#Club5050 Participation and Homework Voting
We are very keen to encourage everyone in the Steemit Crypto Academy to participate in #Club5050.
By powering up more and cashing out less, people can help grow their influence on Steem and help grow the Steem economy.
This week therefore, for the Intermediate and Advanced levels we are going to give higher votes for those successfully participating in #club5050, and lower votes for those that are not. See below in the relevant sections for details.
For those doing the Introductory courses, and for those doing Beginners level homework tasks, there will be the opportunity to earn additional bonus rewards for those successfully participating in #club5050.

PLEASE NOTE - There have been many people this past week using the #club5050 tag with no sign of participation through powering up. This wastes considerable time for the curators unnecessarily checking wallets. Therefore for anyone ‘tag spamming’ like this, we reserve the right from now on to reduce the votes given on their homework posts. Please use the #club5050 tag wisely !
Beginners Level Courses

To participate in the weekly Beginners courses students will need to have a minimum reputation of 55 and at least 200 Steem Power of their own (not delegated to them).
Homework posts with a grade of at least 5 out of 10 will receive a percentage vote from @steemcurator02 (4 million SP) of 1 x the grade. For example, for a grade of 8 out 10 a post will receive a 8% vote.
Anyone meeting the minimum reputation and SP requirements can do any or all of the weekly Beginners level homework tasks.
Intermediate Level Courses

Homework Guidelines
We are keen to ensure that all contributions to the Steemit Crypto Academy are of as high a standard as possible.
While the Crypto Professors may set specific requirements for some of their homework tasks we would suggest all students follow these basic guidelines…
- Title the post with the format - Your Title - Crypto Academy / S4W7 - Homework Post for [name of Crypto Professor]
- Homework posts should be at least 300 words
- All work should be your own - plagiarism will not be tolerated
- Any graphs, screenshots, quotes etc used from other sources should be fully referenced
- Any images used should be from copyright-free sources and fully referenced
- Homework posts should include the tag #cryptoacademy and the tag specifically required for each homework task in the first five tags. Posts should also include a tag for your country.
- Tag the relevant Crypto Professor to help them find your homework post.
Please make sure you send your homework posts into the Crypto-Academy community…
Homework posts should be submitted no later than 11.59pm UTC, on Saturday, October 30th, 2021.
Please check each Professor’s post carefully for any special instructions they have given for their homework task. Once you have completed your homework post make sure you leave a link on the Professor’s post to ensure they see it.
Following all these guidelines carefully will help you gain higher vote rewards for your homework posts.
The Crypto Professors will be on the lookout for plagiarism, content farming and other forms of abuse.
Anyone found doing any of these will risk being banned from the Crypto Academy.

There may be tweaks as the weeks progress. Make sure you check @steemitblog regularly for any changes to the rules.
People are welcome to do as many homework tasks each week as they are qualified for. They can also move up a level as they grow their reputation and SP. And people in a higher level can also do the lower level weekly homework tasks as well.

I am here to lay a complain about my participation in #club5050. Last week i had 4 post that had to pay out a cumulative 11 SBD. I did assignments quite early and because i wanted to participate in it, i waited for my pay out which was to make me power up more than half of my earnings.
However, on Sunday 24th, i help a friend who i introduce to Steemit a couple of months ago to withdraw her SBD. I don't do exchange. As such she transferred 17 SBD to me, added to my 5 gave me 22 SBD..
NOW THE TRANSACTION IS CLEAR ON MY HISTORY. HOW CAN I EARN 17 SBD FROM ANOTHER PERSON.
ITS HURTING THE SACRIFICE I DID JUST TO BE PART OF THIS GREAT INITIATIVE..I KNOW I MIGHT HAVE FAIL IN HELPING A FRIEND BUT HONESTLY I DID MY POWER UP AS REQUESTED.

Saludo amiga @inspiracion como esta, espero se encuentre muy bien, tengo una duda, yo soy un participante activo de la academia y lo que obtuve la semana pasada tuve que utilizarlo en el mantenimiento de unos animales que tengo, ahora bien, deseo unirme al club con las ganancias de esta semana en adelante, mi pregunta es que ya el sábado a las 5 am se cumple una semana de mi ultima recompensa, sera posible que realice un encendido de 3 SBD que me va a prestar mi esposa para unirme al club 50-50 y de ahí en adelante participar encendiendo mas de la mitad de mis ganancias generales?

Hola @daniromero, debes encender la misma cantidad que retires, cada semana. Esto lo puedes consultar en la herramienta de steemworld. Los últimos 7 días has transferido 275 Steem y 3 SBD, tu última transferencia fue hace dos días.
Para no causar confusión, pienso que lo más sano y claro es que vayas encendiendo la misma cantidad que retiras, así aplicas continuamente el 50%-50%. Porque la idea es que sea un compromiso continuo. Saludos amigo.

I dont have anything at the moment to power up, in past I powered down for the problems that I had but now I want to keep working on steemit and I need to know what should I do to be able to make money on steemit? I also help you guys by bringing new users, you and I also know that on all our posts you add advertisement and you make money even if you dont pay me 1 penny, but this is not fare! You should help those who are making steemit alive, we are content creators. (I dont want to advertise them in here but) I was also on Hive, I powered down my hive too, they didnt abandoning me! We are humans we can talk and fix the problems, so I expect you to be able to talk with me.

Hello, @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 and @steemitblog, I came across this announcement quite late after I had withdrawn most of my earnings for the last seven days. My question is, if I transfer back an amount of Steem that is up to the same amount of Steem I have withdrawn in the last seven days from an external wallet back to my Steemit wallet and power it up, will I be qualified for the #club5050 vote?
