Hopefully all of you will be good and enjoying your health.After 6 successful and great weeks this is once again my homework submission of week 7 for dear professor @stream4u from India. Thanks a lot dear sir for your amazing lecture. I have read the whole of the lecture of the dear prof. and I have understood all the concepts and lessons he put into the lecture . So lets start our today's task without any wastage of time.

There are some tasks which are assigned by our professor. So in this post I will try my best to cover all of these tasks one by one.

Money Management

I will start this topic with a little discussion about the Money Management in our daily life. Consider we have some money in the form of fiat currency. We must have to manage this money in a safe form to earn more money by utilizing this money as a source. So either we have to start a bussiness or we have to invest this money in any running bussiness to get profit as well as to keep our money safe and secure. The investment of the money in any bussiness or work also need a proper management and planning to deposit it as a source of earning. If we deposit or invest this money in such place where we at a risk of lose our money and where we cannot get our desired output then we will in the lose. In this case we might lose our money completely or a great lose in the total investment.

Exact same is the case in the Cryptocurrency world. In the crypto trading even we follow and keep view on all of the forums, articles, blogs and many other sites but when we invest or deposit our investment into any assest we must manage our total capital and keep view on the variable rates and rating of these assets by considering our Portfolio. The amount of our total capital does not matter. The thing which only matters is the proper management of our money.It is no matter that we must have massive amount of capital to invest in the trading . Even we can earn better through our small capital , if managed properly.

In the crypto world it is better to divide and put your total capital into 2 or more different assets(crypto currencies).It is not a good thing to invest the whole of your capital/amount in only of the asset. We should divide our total amount which we have to invest . Divide it into 3 or 4 equal parts as we know that there are thousands of assets in the crypto world. So it is not the right path to invest our whole of the capital in the single one of them. Rather, we should divide the total capital into three or four parts and then invest each of the part in different assets . This is the necessary thing because by opting this path we can get better earning. Suppose that if one of the 4 assets goes down in the market after our investment. The other 3 assets might goes up enough to earn better reward but also to fill the gap raised by the first one. So in this way, the proper division and management of our total capital can allow us to earn better.

As everyone wants to make his future bright and successful. So everybody tries his best to manage his resources in such a way that he can get better earning and better result from them.
I also want to share the same wish that I will invest my resources/capital in different assets and will avoid to invest them in the same asset.

In the most of the cases, one invests the whole of its total capital in the single on asset and desires and wishes to earn better profit from this trade when the market of this asset will goes up. But this is not a right way to utilize our total capitals. We must divide our resources/money into 3 to 4 or even more parts and then invest them in different assets.

If one have invested his whole of the assets in a single asset then there are the chances that whenever the rate of that asset goes down then the whole of the capital he invested is in the danger.

So whenever you invested the capital in different assets then there are less chances to being harmed by the volatility of the crypto market. Suppose a person has invested in 5 assets , whenever the rate of any two asset goes down, the other assets are able to cover this gap if there trade is going up. To understand these things more precisely, let us disscuss about the Portfolio.

Portfolio Management

Portfolio:

Portfolio is a simple term which refers to the set or collection of the assets in which we have invested our total capital. It consits of a list of coins/assets which we have added in it according to our interest and our liking. We can add our favourite or desired coins in the portfolio. The purpose of the Portfolio is to keep our constant eye on the variable and volatile market trends. We can keep in view the changing market trends of the coins in which we have invested.

This is my Portfolio screenshot from the coingecko website.In this picture you can see a number of assets/coins in which I have divided my total balance. The major coin in which I have invested is the XEM (NEM) coin. But I have also divided a bit of my total capital in other assets including Ethereum(ETH),Tether(USTD),Binance Coin (BNB), Tron (TRX) and many much. I would like to show you that one of the coin can jump up huge and give good result.

You can guess the volatility and the changing aspects of the crypto market from this screenshot. This picture shows the changing market caps of the coin.

This is the trade history made by me. The trades which are made by me in the XEM coin which . I would like to tell you that we should work patiently to get good return and to manage our portfolio. One of the point is that even if you have a small capital/amount but by dividing them and investing in different assets/coins at the right time, few assets can give you a good profit and also cover the loss of other assets if they are in down position(negative).

Future plan on your Portfolio Management

As everyone wants to improve his future so the same case is with me. I also want to add more coins in my portfolio and to invest more capital and divide them in different assets to boost my portfolio up and to improve the quality of my portfolio.

I would like to invest my money in large,middle as well as small capitals . In this way this division will help me to earn benefit from the small capitals if they are in positive and large capitals are in negative trends and vice versa. I would research about the trending and more profitable coins and invest in them, add them to my Portfolio.

When was the last investment failed and Why? (those who have experienced this can provide views.)

As I am new in the crypto currency world so I have not yet experience any of the failure in the investment. But I am well awared about the failed investments and there reasons. Many of the people experiences the failure in the investment due to their lack of knowledge about the Money Managment and Portfolio Management. They invest their whole of the resources in the single one of the asset. In this way , they got loss when the rate of the respective asset goes down. In this way their investments are failed. But I will try my best to avoid such acts to avoid from failure in my journey in crypto world.

Conclusion:

• The Money Management plays a very significant role to built up our crypto carrier. It is not compulsary that we must have put on huge capital in the investment of any asset.
• We must not put whole of the capital in only one of the coin/asset. We should divide our total capital in several parts and invest these capitals in different assets at a right time. This act will play a very great role to provide us good result.
• By proper Money Management and proper Portfolio Management one can earn better by dividing his total capital and by keeping constant eye on the variable market trends.
