A total of 114 homework articles were submitted and reviewed throughout last week. It has been such overwhelming participation in my homework task.
It partly shows that many users were very interested in learning about Blockchain video games, particularly the Blockchain Cuties Universe, which they took time to learn as they wrote reviews on it. Blockchain technology indeed has the power to revolutionize every industry. It’s unstoppable; we are looking forward to seeing many changes in many sectors courtesy of the disruptive power of Blockchain Technology.
Many students performed well in this task, which could be because they found it quite easy for them. It was nice reading through some great reviews published by many brilliant students. I and my assistant did our best to evaluate and grade all your articles as fast and as fairly as possible so that we could keep within the curators’ timeline.
Kindly note that the easier the task, the stricter the judgement/evaluation criteria on your articles. I was so keen on the presentation quality of your articles. I found plenty of typing errors and grammatical errors in many students work and those errors cost the students with low ratings. I know some were disappointed with the low ratings but that was the major problem. I, therefore, recommend you a very important tool “Grammarly.” I personally use this tool and it helps me a lot in spotting and eliminating the typing errors in my articles.
General observations
Some users got low ratings due to the little and quick content they published about the Blockchain cuties universe. Kindly endeavour to put more effort into your work; you have to work hard on Steemit by investing more time in your research as you creatively present your articles in a detailed and quality way.
I was glad to see so many users trying out the game and gaining some user experience. That was wise nice and so great of you because you had to practically taste the product. For those that played the game and did not show proof with clear screenshots, that mistake cost you low ratings on your work.
Some users used copy-right images from Cointelegraph. You should not repeat that mistake. CoinTelegraph images are not copy-right free images therefore desist from using them in your articles otherwise they will cost you lower ratings whenever found in your work.
There was no case for plagiarism though some students applied diluted words in their articles. How can you replace the technical word “platform” with “environment?” Kindly take note that every topic has technical words and those words do not change, therefore never replace them with normal English words otherwise it dilutes the meaning of your work. That also cost some of you with low ratings for your work.
Though it’s possible to use your smartphones to attempt the academy courses, it’s tough for practical courses to be done using a smartphone. I, therefore, encourage students to save some money and buy for themselves laptops. With a laptop, it makes it easier in publishing good quality content for the academy.
