It is surprising to see professing Christians worrying and trembling before agents of the devil. Some wouldn't even want to attempt to their villages for fear of wicked people. Even when they visit, they literary lie that all is not well with them in the city because they are afraid that if the villagers realize that they are making it, they may do something to affect them adversely.
This isn't right at all. For me, it was after I surrender my life to Christ that I now dared to visit my village. Take a look at 1 peter 3:13 and believe in the unfailing word of God therein. At the point you live by these words of God in faith, you become untouchable to the foe, notwithstanding whatsoever he throws at you.
However, to keep in action the power in God’s word, you need to honor the word. The proof of reverencing God’s word is doing what it His word says. That is why Deuteronomy 28:7-13 plainly states that if we listen to the voice of the Lord and obey His instructions, only then will we be able to be part of His promises.
We in this manner become untouchable when we live our lives by honoring God’s word, which is quick, powerful, overcoming, and sharper than any two-edged sword. No big surprise the Holy Spirit encourages us to permit the word of God to dwell in us richly in all wisdom. The enemy can't destroy you if you live according to the word of God, in the light of the fact that the word will fight for you even without you knowing it.
Some individuals do not have a revelation of what the word of God says in Hebrews 4:12; this scripture means that the word is active, battling spiritually silently without anybody even knowing that it is at work. For these reasons, you must have a deep study of the word of God by meditating on it day and night and that is the secret to being untouchable by the enemy.
