Good morning Beloved brothers and sisters, welcome to my blog. Let me begin by expressing emotions over my absence from the community. It has not been easy on me. As such, I wouldn't have loved to stay away from my blog but not that I was down in health. Hence my attention had shifted towards my health as I was after ensuring that I get myself up and doing.
Well, I have been away from the blog but not from my heart cause I've always been thinking about this community and her members. Thank God for thee gift of life, recovery and good health. Guess this is a clear indication of His love for a worthless sinner like me.
Beloved, I read in an article some weeks ago about the love of God and I would like to share the lessons I learnt using my life.
The author in the article described "LOVE" as one of the most used words in recent time especially in the social media. People have claimed to love but at the end of the day it ends up in hatred, hurts and most time worst thing like death, murder or suicide.
Hence, I was tempted to ask myself why people who claimed to have loved another person so deeply could now turn to hate the person over a minor offense or misunderstanding. This to me sounds wired because does not convey negativity. That I mean that there should be no hurt, evil or harm in love. The author of the article described a story of two lovers who went against all odds to express as well as prove their love to one another.
This young lovers were so in love that they broke their parents heart by eloping to an unknown destination to have their love exploration. Well, the summary of it was that after three months of their absence. News came to both the male and girl's parent that the two lovers have gone separate ways. It would have been okay if the separated in good fate else for what was a disaster that let the whole community wonder whether they were really in love at the first place. The young man was jealous of his lover that she was taking too many calls and was changing her clothes. Thus his suspicion of the lady dating another person was of course the truth cause he came to realize that she was cheating on hum. He must have loved her so much that he couldn't stand sharing her with another man. Thus, he out of frustration ended up pouring a can of acid on the poor girl.
When arrested and interrogated, he explained that he was jealous and he felt that sharing his treasure the lady with another man was the least thing he would ever think of doing. Hence, since he was slowly loosing the girl to another man who was richer than him who lived from heart to mouth, he had to spend his last money to but the acid so that he would make the girl not accessible to either of them.

I had to ponder and wonder why the guy did go to such extent. Did he have to hurt the girl and cause her eternal spot on her face because of love or should I say jealousy?
While pondering, these questions popped in my mind.
1.Why did he do it?
2.Did/Does his action portray love?
3.Is love jealous?
4.Does love hurt whom or what it loves?
5.Can one say that he has love when he or she has not Christ in his life?
6.Is there any man or woman that could love us more than Christ?
7.When you and I say the word "I LOVE YOU", what do we really mean?
Believe me there are too many more questions that seeks answers but I will by God's special grace come by with attempt to deal with some of the questions in my next post. Stay tuned to my blog.
Remember that there is someone out there that loves you more than you love yourself and that He can and will do ANYTHING to show that He loves you. That person's name is Jesus
