Sadness is inevitable in humans, it is a condition that will always appear in our lives due to various situations, but this does not mean that we will be hopelessly knocked down because we have the holy spirit that is our comforter and he comforts us in the midst of afflictions and sadness

Jesus is our greatest motivation so that we do not surrender to the circumstances and afflictions of life since he himself faced the night of his arrest a terrible affliction and a deep sadness that he felt dying

Currently we also live afflictions not compared to those that our lord went through but they are afflictions that disturb us sadden us but we must be strong attached to the word of God and our Lord Jesus Christ who has promised us to overcome in the midst of afflictions invites us not to fear but to encourage us because he affirms that he has overcome the world

Dear brothers and friends, let us be strong before the Pegense tribulations of our God. Let us seek his presence that if we can with him everything will be easier and through his direction we can obtain strength, peace and hope.

We do not allow sadness to win us and overcome us, we know that there are strong situations that hurt us, they sadden us and our hearts also grieve, but we must face it with hope because we have to look at a reality that many times wants to win us but we must not allow it because we have someone who is almighty and comforts us in all tribulation

Let us ask God to strengthen our faith to be able to endure the present adversities and keep us in his love and grace I assure you that with God at our side everything is different everything is lighter and we can look at life differently
