Hebrews 10:7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
One of the most difficult thing to do is to continue in a path you don't understand.
At some point in our lives, we have to make a decision to do what God says, even though we don't know where it's leading us.
This is because in the volume of the book of destiny, it's written that we are called to serve God. The events of life shouldn't determine our commitment to the course.
The changes in our desired miracles shouldn't be a reason to abandon our path.
The transformation is not in our hands but God's, our duty is to love God and people and this love is reflected in our commitment to service.
Brethren, we must come into agreement and resolve in our hearts to do God's will. We have to overcome the rebellious nature of self and conquer all by remaining in line with God's plan even though it's not making sense anymore.
Come into oneness with His plan, for your plans will fail if it's against God's. In fact, His plan should be our plan and not vice versa.
Let us not try to box God into doing what make us feel good, for the Almighty God is not moved by human emotions. Let us come back to His written will in areas we strayed away. His word shall come to pass, no matter how long the journey seems.
Let's pray together.
Lord Jesus, thank you for your leadership and mercy upon us. We are sorry for the mistake of straying away from your will, please have mercy on us. Dear Father, please empower us to obey you till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
