Dear Parishioners, we have always been reading the lessons on the five(5) wise Ladies and five(5)
fools but have not taken our time to infer the moral lessons. We always judge and ascribe the ladies who missed the bride 👰 as been fools.

I think many are we who possess similar characters as the five fools ladies who missed out the bride.

In really the parable about the ten(10) ladies who planned to meet the bribe contains some moral lessons we should always learn so that we can get rid of such as. The whole scripture can be read from Matthew 25:1-13.

The moral lessons....

The value of preparation.

The Bible informed us that the five(5) ladies who took oil into their lamp were wise, since they prepared enough to meet the bride. Unlike the five(5) fools who assumed that the quantity of oil they had was enough. They thought that the bride wouldn't delay. In life, every action we take, we must prepare or plan well in order to be successful.

Time consciousness is very paramount

We must always respect time in all things we do. The bride delayed and so it affected the fools. Our salvation is accompanied with time. The time you will receive the salvation is very vital. We need to find time to submit to God's as many of us would postpone their time which may be the clear chance of salvation.

The need to wake up and watch out

It's often said, the devil is always roaring like a lion so we should be vigilant in our actions and inactions. We must be patient and wait while our master comes. Maybe the day that we will say we have fed up is the right day that our master will come. We need to be watch out every day and know the right time for all things.

I believe we have learnt a lot today. Thanks for your attention!
